8-7 win vs Exeter

We beat Exeter last night at home 8-7. Drew Williams had 2 hits and scored 2 runs in the win. Kevin Miller picks up the win pitching 5 2/3 innings striking out 7 and giving up 4 runs, only 3 earned. We play at Galena on Monday at 5. See you all there.

Alumni Baseball Game

I am still researching and putting together the Alumni Game. I am looking at a date of October 10th. I need some help from you! I need addresses of all Alumni that you may know. If I get these addresses by the first part of September, I could send it out to all that may not live around here or have no more part of the baseball program. 9-2 win in our Fall opener!

We beat Hurley last night 9-2 in our first game of the 2009 Fall Season. Riley Veith picked up the win pitching 5 innings striking out 10 and walking 2 and only giving up an unearned run. Cody Hall was 3-4 with 3 RBI's 1 2B and 2 3B's. Keving Miller was 2-4 with a 2B and 2 RBI's. We play Exeter here on Thursday at 5. See you there.

Fall Season Under Way

It is good to be a baseball Eagle again. We started Fall Practice on Monday the 10th with 15 young men out. Our first game is Monday August 24th. Come out and support us this fall. Also, thank you to the individuals that helped with the concrete on the batting cage, you know who you are and I appreciate it more than words can describe.
