We came out and put 9 runs in the first two innings and didn't look back. Mason Roller got his first start of the season on the mound and pitched a gem. Trying to out do his battery mate, Dailey, from the night before, Roller allowed one hit and had 6 K's on his way to his second win of the year. Mason also was 1-2 with a solo homerun in the first inning. Ryan Veith was 2-3 with 5 RBI's. Riley Veith was 0-0, but scored twice and was hit by a pitch three times. We host Billings tonight. Cold Weather for the Exeter Tournament.

Just thought this might be a way to pass a message on to some of the parents. Coach George and I have been monitoring the weather for tonights baseball and softball games. We both believe it will be cooler than it has been over the past few weeks. I will try to catch all the guys and tell them to get their under armor or coat for the game. I might even pass out the coats the Eagle Backers purchased last spring. However, I might not have enough for all the guys. If any one is able to pass this message on to the rest of the parents and fans of both baseball and softball, I would appreciate it. Hope to see you all out this evening. Game times are at 4:30 and 6:30.
