2nd Place in the Monett Tournament!!!
We beat Monett 10-0 in 5 innings on Friday night. Reese Stevenson picks up the win. We turned around and beat East Newton 12-11 on Saturday morning. Alex Mareth gets the win in relief. Cody Hall homers again and Austin Hancock throws out the tying run at the plate with 2 outs in the 7th inning. We lost to Seneca for the championship, but I was proud of the boys.

Cameron might have made the difference on the mound against Seneca. 6 an 0 would have been nice.

Yeah, very true. But he pitched on Thursday night and I wanted to pitch him on Monday, Now after seeing Monday's results, we could have used him on Saturday. It kind of makes it hard to swallow at times. The effort the boys put out is very good.
