17-1 vs. McAuley
We moved to 2-0 in the conference with a 17-1 win over McAuley. Mason Roller picked up the win. He is now 3-1 on the year. Ryan Veith and Daniel Barrientos each had two hits. Veith with a RBI triple in the first and Barrientos with a RBI double in the 3rd. We play in the Monett tournament this weekend. We play at 4:30 Friday night and 10 and 2 on Saturday. Hope to see you there.

Great job boys on the big win last night. Lets keep it going on in the tournament this weekend and bring home 1st place. I love it when we play like that.

Awesome job on the win last night boys and coaches! You are a great bunch of kids and it is always good to see you win! I think some of the fans need to rethink their efforts and give 100%. You win some and you lose some. That is the game of baseball, any team can win on any given day. And that is what we love about it! But you can't just jump on and off the bandwagon anytime you want to. We as parents and fans need to give 100% all the time. These boys and coaches need positive feedback along with constructive critisism not attacking the first person you can think of to make yourself look better. Those boys read these blogs and how do you think it makes them feel to see the comments by some of us? Make them proud to be Purdy Eagles!
