6-4 win to move us to the district championship game
We beat Lamar last night 6-4. With the win we move on to face McAuley in the district championship game. Mason Roller pitched 4.1 innings to pick up the win and Derek Dailey came in to get an 8 out save. Ryan Veith was 1-4 with 2 RBI's. Mason, Josh Wiseman, and Chris Bennett each had a hit and a RBI. Daniel Barrientos and Derek Fulp each had an infield single. We scored 6 runs in the 3rd and held them in check. We play tonight for the district championship at Sarcoxie at 5:00pm

I knew we could beat them it was just a matter of time & you beat them when it counted. Would like to see more excitment from the dugout. It was a very good game and looking forward to watching the Championship game. I know you Purdy Baseball Eagles will soar.
Way to go Eagles, I knew you could
do it. Bring home the District Championship before you think about any other games, tonights game is the most important one of the season so far. And I know you
can come out with a victory, you have to want it more than McAuley does.
