Other End of the Year Awards

Still waiting on the Joplin Globe to announce their baseball team, but had a few to share with you. Mason Roller was named to the Missouri Sports Writers and Broadcasters 1st team All-State. He was also Ozarkssports.net Hitter-of-the-Year. Trent Goetz was picked as one of the next two he would have picked. Daniel Barrientos was named as a player to watch for next year. Practice starts August 10th at 10 am and 3pm. The 10 am practice is for all pitchers and catchers. If you think you would like to pitch or catch, be there at 10am. All others report at 3 am on Monday August 10th. Make sure you have your physicals up to date and turned into Coach Kennedy or I.
